It's not that easy. Since you are new, (unless you are a dynamo teacher) you will be teaching American History one year and then the first day of school the next year, the principal will be like, "uh, like, you are teaching European History now and what's your name again? oh yeah, we are moving your classroom. We don't know where yet, so for now you'll be teaching your classes in the gym. We will set up a curtain to keep the basketballs out. Now get outta my office. We're finished". So your plan is already a bit in trouble. I hear ya. It’s not that easy.
